Meet the Founder
Shift And Rise was founded by Pamela Sayegh, building on more than two decades of experience accompanying individuals, communities, professionals, and organizations through uncertainty, change, and complex realities. Her journey across humanitarian work, community-based protection, education, leadership, wellbeing initiatives, and organizational environments has shaped a simple conviction: beneath every challenge lies an untapped capacity waiting to be recognized.
Throughout her career, Pamela has worked alongside people navigating disruption, shifting circumstances, demanding responsibilities, and moments where familiar paths no longer apply. These experiences have shaped her understanding of how individuals and systems adapt, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful ways forward.
Pamela partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to create the space for reflection, discovery, and intentional action, supporting them to reconnect with their agency, expand what they believe is possible, and shape what comes next. Her approach combines the Co-Active Coaching methodology with extensive experience supporting people and organizations in complex environments, bringing together deep listening, contextual understanding, ethical practice, and purposeful reflection.
These principles form the foundation of Shift And Rise, a practice built around three guiding principles:
Reconnect with Your Agency
Recognize your ability to influence, choose, and take ownership of what comes next.
Expand What Is Possible
Move beyond limiting perspectives, uncover overlooked strengths, and create space for new possibilities to emerge.
Move with Intention
Take purposeful steps aligned with your values, aspirations, and the direction you want to create.
